Case Study of a Biomass Gasifier Applied in a Feed Mill

A large-scale feed production enterprise in Binzhou, Shandong Province, mainly engages in the R&D and production of compound livestock and poultry feed and aquatic feed. After multiple rounds of technical research, on-site inspections and pilot tests, the enterprise finally selected a 15-ton-per-hour horizontal high-temperature biomass gasifier as the alternative solution. Since its commissioning, the 15-ton horizontal high-temperature biomass gasifier has been operating stably for nearly two years without any major fault shutdowns.
