This case focuses on the industrial application of a 6-ton-per-hour horizontal biomass gasifier at a fine chemical enterprise in China. The project was completed and put into operation two years ago. Its core equipment is a customized horizontal gasifier, specially designed for chemical industry scenarios, compatible with various biomass feedstocks such as wood chips, straw pellets, and palm shells. It operates stably for more than 7,000 hours per year and has processed over 40,000 tons of biomass cumulatively, serving as a benchmark case for clean biomass substitution in the chemical industry.
