The biomass wood chip and bark hot air furnace consists of four main systems: a feeding system (including a twin-screw hopper, belt conveyor, and single-screw feeder), a wood chip combustion system (including a rotary grate, fan, and furnace chamber), a heat exchange system, and a dust removal system.

During operation, biomass wood chips are conveyed through the feeding system onto the rotary grate inside the furnace for combustion. Under the action of the induced draft fan, the high-temperature flue gas generated after combustion enters the heat exchange system and flows along the designed path outside the heat exchange tubes.

At the same time, cold air supplied by a centrifugal fan also enters the heat exchange system and flows along a designed path inside the system. During this process, the high-temperature flue gas and cold air undergo efficient heat exchange.

After heat exchange, the exhaust flue gas is directed into the dust removal system for purification and is finally discharged through the chimney. Meanwhile, the cold air, after being heated, is delivered from the other side of the furnace as clean hot air at the required temperature.
